Bottom placed Nasinu is not leaving any stones unturned as it prepares for a better performance in the 2022 Digicel Fiji FACT.
Newly appointed Chairman Jagindar Singh told FijiLive that they are expecting tough competition at the tournament after being drawn in Group B with champions Suva, Ba, Tailevu Naitasiri and host Nadroga.
Singh said they had a good start in league and lost their strings mid-way but the side is eager to bounce back in Fiji FACT.
"Yes, we have begun our training and the team is making sure that we train in all areas."
"Being last on the DPL table is really disappointing but the players and the coaches are working hard to iron out the mistakes from the team."
"We have to be very cautious in the tournament because the Pool we are in is very dangerous and we will have to encounter tough teams."
"I think for us we have to improve on our defense and game plan because we have been finishing well."
"We have never won the Fiji FACT tournament while we have reached the finals but were defeated by Lautoka by 3-2 in penalty in late 2000."
"We will be taking each game at a time. So our aim is to win the group matches and then eye the quarterfinal and semi-final spot."
The first round of the tournament will be played at ANZ Stadium in Suva on 22 May.
