Manu Samoa Captain Michael Alaalatoa is looking forward to meeting his 'younger brother' and former room mate, Flying Fijian Manasa Mataele during the Pacific Nations Cup.
Alaalatoa told FijiLive it has been awhile since he met his former Crusader ally, and is looking forward to the reunion.
"We used to live together back in Christchurch, he's like my little brother and we looked after each other and I look forward to the opportunity of playing against each other. It would be awesome," he quipped.
The 30-year-old Leinster Rugby star who will play in his first PNC said Mataele is a weapon and what he does on the field is rare to find.
"You know what Manasa can do. He has shown it with Western Force and he's one that can and will deliver for Fiji."
Alaalatoa added that the Samoans are out to register impressive results in the PNC and want to keep their Rugby World Cup campaign on track.
