Rokotuisawa to miss Challenge

INKK Farebrother trophy holders Naitasiri will be without top fullback Etonia Rokotuisawa when they host Northland in the next challenge this Saturday in Naluwai.

Rokotuisawa was red carded during the 32-21 Skipper Cup loss to Nadi at Prince Charles Park over the weekend.

Coach Dr Ilaitia Tuisese said despite successfully defending the trophy for four consecutive weeks, they are not  underestimating Northland.

“It is the holy grail of rugby, and we won’t let down especially defending the Farebrother in front of our homecrowd,” Tuisese told FijiLive.

“Any team can pull out surprises, and we will look to play our best on Saturday.”

With Rokotuisawa out, a reshuffle would see favoured flyhalf and lawman Kini Douglas shifted to fullback with Josua Yavala given a start in the number 10 jersey.

The match is scheduled to kick off at 3pm.
