Rooster Chicken Fijiana 15s player Asinate Serevi is eager to do her country proud at next month's Oceania Rugby Women’s Championship. The daughter of 7s maestro Waisale Serevi has picked up where her father left off and is one step closer to representing her country on the international stage. "It's just so exciting and has been a great journey," Serevi told FijiLive. The Qarani Village lass is one of three overseas players currently training in Fiji with the Rooster Chicken 45 member extended squad. The three are Serevi, Kolora Lomani and Sera Ravutudei, however coach Senirusi Seruvakula has indicted that five overseas players have joined the squad. "It's been great training with the girls, a different feeling and I'm just happy to be among it all," Serevi said. Serevi added the buck didn't stop there and she was looking forward to do enough to represent Fiji at the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand. By Noa Biudole
