Top winger Josua Tuisova says he is excited to see the ten Fijian Drua players in action for the Vodafone Flying Fijians against Tonga in their Pacific Nations Cup opener on Saturday.
The France based speed merchant who is not part of the match day squad as he arrived into camp just this week said getting a spot in the team is a big achievement and the Drua debutants will need the support of experienced players.
"I’m not playing against Tonga but I and the other boys will be there just to support the team."
"A lot of the players will be making their Flying Fijians debut and as senior players we will be at the stadium to support them."
"I think these players will really have to put their talent and skills at work."
"It’s a good opportunity for them to also show their strengths against Tonga."
"I’m sure they will put up a strong battle against our Pacific brothers."
"My message to the players is to be humble and play every minute of the game."
"To the debutants, this is the right opportunity to prove their worth," he said.
