Fiji shifts focus to LA 7s

Commonwealth Games silver medalists, Fiji have shifted their focus to the HSBC Los Angeles which will be played later this month.
Coach Ben Gollings said the players will return to Fiji and meet their families before they begin their training for the tournament as a build-up for the 7s World Cup in Cape Town, South Africa.
"Yeah, it's a quick turnaround. So we're back at the end of the week. And once we're back really we've only got two weeks on the island before we fly to LA."
"LA is an opportunity for us really to give some more game time to other players and look at other players in our wider squad as we look towards selection for the World Cup."
"There's a few other players coming back from injury and coming back to fitness so it opens up and we'll be building that squad ready for the World Cup which is another huge tournament for us."
