Womens 13 Premiership to launch

There will be a new Women’s 13 Premiership launched in the country next week.

This was announced by Fiji National Rugby League Chief Executive Don Natabe as expansion in the womens game continues in rugby league.

“13 teams from around the country have put their hands up and will be involved in this new movement this year,” Natabe said.

Natabe has labeled the format as an exciting venture for that will help build the womens game, especially with the Fiji Bulikula’s campaign to book a spot at the 2025 Rugby League World Cup

The tournament will standalone from the Vodafone Cup.
