Youngsters shine in Blues win

Youngsters Gulam Razool and Junior Dekedeke scored a goal each to help Lautoka beat Nadroga 3-1 in Round 12 of the Digicel Premier League at Churchill Park on Sunday.

Top marksman Sairusi Nalaubu opened Lautoka's account in the 33rd minute after connecting well with a low cross from Razool.

Razool then got on the scoresheet in the 45th minute with a powerful drive from just a yard inside the 18 yard box, giving goalkeeper Isikeli Sevanaia Junior no chance at all.

Striker Semesa Sacere pulled one back for Safe Logistics Nadroga just before the break as Lautoka led 2-1.

Junior Dekedeke nailed the final goal deep in injury time as the Blues registered a crucial win which keeps them in fourth spot with 21 points and just a point behind third placed Ba who lost 3-0 to Navua earlier in the day.
