Seruvakula to test Fijiana 7s players

Fijiana XVs Coach Senirusi Seruvakula says more 7s players will be given game time in their second international friendly against Canada this week.

With all 7s players now in camp, Seruvakula said fans should expect more speed and flair in the team.

“I will be making changes, and will want to see the rest of 7s players,” Seruvakula said.

Ana Naimasi, Reapi Uluinasau, Lavena Cavuru, Sesenieli Donu, and skipper Rusila Nagasau have joined the training today at Albert Park.

Nakoci impressed Seruvakula last week and is also expected to get another shot this weekend.

“I hope she does enough to earn that number 15 jersey.

“I would definitely like to see more of her this week.”

Seruvakula said this would be the final test for all players before selection is made on his final Rugby World Cup squad.
