The Fiji Meteorological Service says a trough of low pressure with associated clouds and showers is expected to affect parts of the Fiji group till tomorrow.

The Nadi weather office said cloudy periods with some showers over the Northern division, Lami-Suva-Nasinu-Nausori-Korovou, interior areas of Tailevu North-Naitasiri, coastal and interior areas of Nadroga/Navosa-Serua/Namosi, Lau and Lomaiviti groups, Kadavu and nearby smaller islands will be affected.

It said there is a possibility of isolated thunderstorms, moderate to fresh east to southeast winds, and mild to rough seas.

Isolated thunderstorms with heavy falls may lead to flash flooding in low-lying areas.
