Two sacrilege cases, reported to police

Investigations are underway following two separate cases of sacrilege.

In a statement, Police said the first report was received at the Nausori Police Station, whereby a temple at Korociri in Nausori was allegedly broken into on the 5th of April, where money was stolen. The perpetrator had damaged the storage room door.

In the second case, Sigatoka Police are investigating where an unknown person stole two tabua worth $600 from a church in Komave.

Investigations into both cases continue.
