The ruling in the case of former Social Democratic Liberal Party MP Salote Radrodro which was supposed to be called this afternoon has been deferred to Friday at 3:30 pm.
Radrodro is appealing her conviction, passed down by the High Court in September 2022.
The matter will now be before the Suva High Court before Judge Justice Deepthi Amaratunga.
Radrodro was convicted of giving false information to a public servant and one count of obtaining a financial advantage and sentenced to two years and six months for corruption.
The matter has been adjourned to 12 April at 3:30 pm.
