Fiji Airways has confirmed there have been no further flight disruptions as a result of damage to one of its Airbus A350-900s in a ground incident at Los Angeles International
Airport on Thursday evening (FJT).
The airline in a statement said apart from the cancellation of flight FJ811 on 27th March 2024 (PDT), all services are operating as normal using existing aircraft to cover flights which would have been operated by the A350.
The aircraft is now undergoing repairs and Fiji Airways is participating in an investigation by Los Angeles World Airports which owns and operates the Los Angeles International Airport.
No guests or crew were onboard the aircraft when the damage occurred.
