Opposition Member of Parliament Aliki Bia is a key attraction at the 2023 Coca-Cola Games in Suva.
Bia, a former, experienced and well-respected member of the media industry, is back in the commentary booth to provide coverage of the Games on television.
“It’s great to be back and I am thankful that I was invited to take part at one of our student athletes biggest sporting events,” Bia told FijiLive.
“It is nothing new, this is a field I was trained and garnered vast experience in so it’s just like coming back home.
“It’s great to see our top broadcasters coming together and it is an honour to be chosen to help provide the commentary so our our spectators all over Fiji and the world can be part of the Coca-Cola Games.”
Bia added it is cherished time for him to meet with former colleagues as well as witness the nation’s future athletic stars in action.
