30K boost for Fiji Sports Awards

The 2022 Fiji Sports Awards has received an early boost with major sponsor Fiji Tattslotto handing over a cheque for $30,000 today at the Fiji Association of Sports & National Olympic Committee head office in Suva.

Tattslotto has been a major supporter of the event since its inception in 2022.

“We personally feel there is a substantial need to give back to our nation towards the development of various sports, that we must do continually,” senior manager Lusiana Tamarisi said during the handover.

“Despite COVID-19, Fiji still persevered and attended competitions locally and internationally including the Women’s Rugby World Cup,” said Fiji Sports Awards organising committee representative Ritesh Ram.

“We look forward to celebrating the excellence of Fijian athletes.”
