54 teams to battle in Schools Basketball tourney

A total of 54 teams will battle in the upcoming Vodafone Fiji Secondary Schools Basketball Championship.

The Championship will have a total seventeen schools compete in the six categories namely Under 15 (Boys/Girls), Under 17 (Boys/Girls) and U19 (Boys/Girls).

Teams like Queen Victoria School, Marist Brothers High School, Yat Sen Secondary School and Suva Grammar will be in attendance.

The Championship resumes after four years with a massive 133 matches scheduled for the 3-day event.

The battle will kick off in Lautoka multipurpose courts at 8:30am on Thursday with the opening ceremony.
