There is currently a restriction of movement at the Rewa Bridge in Nausori due to flood waters.
At present, only large vehicles are being permitted to pass through, with coordination by the Fiji Police Force onsite.
The National Disaster Management Office wishes to remind the general public and all motorist that this measure has been taken to ensure safety of commuters travelling in and out of Nausori.
Together with the Fiji Police Force and the Fiji Roads Authoirty and they monitor the situation and update the public accordingly.
