Fijian Holdings Limited has announced an interim dividend totalling $3.04 million.
In a statement, FHL said this dividend aligns with its dividend policy and is reflective of the strong performance of both the Company, and the Group for the financial year ending on 30 June 2023.
FHL shareholders will receive their dividend next month.
In accordance with the SPX listing rules on dividend declaration and payments, FHL Shareholders registry will close 19 October and dividend with be paid out to shareholders on 27 October.
