Tailevu Naitasiri registered a crucial 2-0 victory over Nadroga in Round 8 of the Digicel Fiji Premier League at Ratu Cakobau Park in Nausori today.
Nadroga with a better standing and good finishers, entered the match as favorites but the hosts had other ideas and put on a fine display.
A goal in each half to strikers Mosese Nabose and Samuela Nasava made all the difference for the Sky Blues who have now moved out of the relegation zone and bettered their chances of Fiji FACT qualification.
The Priyant Mannu coached side is now eighth with seven points while Nadroga slips to the sixth spot with 11 points.
