Opposition MP Ketan Lal’s mobile phone was seized from him yesterday by the Criminal Investigations Department.
This has been confirmed by the Assistant Commissioner of Police ACP Mesake Waqa to FijiLive.
ACP Waqa said this is regarding an investigation into an alleged case of inciting through social media.
When approached by FijiLive, Lal refused to comment on the matter and said that the investigation is still pending.
