Ba trio ruled out of Suva clash

Ba will feature in its opening fixture of the Digicel Fiji Premier League against Suva tomorrow without three key players.

Top marksman Etonia Dogalau and defender Samuela Navoce are currently away in New Zealand featuring in the NZFFI Battle of the Giants in Auckland.

Midfielder Gulam Razool is also out as he has moved to Australia.

Ba President Azam Ali said the absence of the trio won’t significantly impact the team’s performance.

“The Ba team is a good side and there are many other players who can fill in for the players who are not available,”

“Despite recent training challenges due to bad weather, we’re confident in our squad’s depth and ability,”

“It’s a long season, and we are prepared to adapt and fill any gaps as needed. We look forward to understanding more about our opponents as the season unfolds,” he said.

The Rooster Chicken Men in Black will take on Flicks Suva tomorrow at 3pm at the Ba Academy Ground.
