The suspect who allegedly assaulted a 68-year-old man in Cunningham Stage 4, which resulted in his death yesterday is known to Police.
Divisional Police Commander South (DPC/S) Senior Superintendent of Police (SSP) Wate Vocevoce said a team is pursuing his whereabouts and investigations into the matter continue.
Meanwhile, investigators are pursuing leads in relation to the Flagstaff burglary reported earlier this week.
Divisional Police Commander Central (DPC/C) Superintendent of Police (SP) Farasiko Matawalu said investigators are pursuing leads following the gathering of statements and information.
SP Matawalu said investigations by the Totogo Crime team continues.
