Fiji Pearls suffer second loss in Netball Series

The Fiji Pearls suffered its second 64-55 loss to Samoa in Round 2 of the Pacific Aus Sports Netball Series on Tuesday.

Both teams fought right to the end but Fiji failed to maintain their composure looking to record their first win in the tournament.

The last time Fiji met Samoa was during the Oceania World Cup qualifiers at the Vodafone Arena in Suva in July where the Pearls narrowly defeated Samoa 45-43.

Fiji will face PNG in the third round at 5.30 pm today.

The crossover games will be played on Thursday before the semifinals on Friday and final on Saturday.
