Fiji Airways Fijiana 7s winger Heleina Young will miss next week’s Singapore 7s due to injury.
The speedster has been replaced by Laisani Moceisawana who makes a comeback to the team.
Seahawks forward Mere Navue will be making her debut for the national team while nippy playmaker Mereula Toroti runs out for the first time this season after a long rehab period.
Alowesi Nakoci also misses out.
Coach Saiasi Fuli said, “The team has been training exceptionally well, and we can’t wait to go out there and give our best.”
“We will take one game at a time and ensure that we accelerate to another level by the end of the tournament.”
Fijiana will play Great Britain in its first match at 4.28pm on Friday before facing Brazil at 9.43pm and Australia at 4.50pm on Saturday.
