Reapi Ulunisau scored a double in the impressive win while Heleina Young, Ana Maria Naimasi and Raijieli Daveua crossed once.
Fijiana progresses as one of the best third finishers in the tournament.
The Saiasi Fuli coached side lost 21-17 to USA and 26-12 to Australia in its matches yesterday.
Fiji and Australia will battle in the fourth quarterfinal at 1.01pm.
In other quarters, USA will meet host Canada, New Zealand will face Spain and France will come up against Brazil.
