Consumers will have to fork more out of their pockets for fuel and gas prices from Monday 1 April 2024 as the price of both commodities will increase.
The price of Motor Spirit will increase by 9 cents per litre from $2.91 to $3.00 while the price of Premix will increase by 11 cents per litre from $2.73 to $2.84.
The price of Diesel will increase from $2.58 to $2.69 per litre (an increase of 11 cents) while a litre of Kerosene will retail at $2.05 per litre after an increase of 6 cents.
The price of a 4.5kg cylinder of gas will increase from $15.58 to $15.81 (increase of 23 cents) while a 12kg cylinder will increase from $41.54 to $42.16 (increase of 62 cents).
Bulk gas price will increase by 4 cents from $3.21 to $3.25 per kg while the price of auto gas will increase from $2.25 to $2.28 per litre.
