Viliame Naikausa grabbed a hat-trick of tries as Fiji defeated Canada 45-5 in its second pool match of the Hong Kong 7s this morning.
Naikausa was in a devastating form and scored tries in the 4th, 8th and 12th minute against a hapless Canadian outfit.
Fiji led 24-0 at halftime with tries to Ponipate Loganimasi, Jerry Matana and Naikausa (2) and two conversions from Filipe Sauturaga.
Captain Vatemo Ravouvou, Waisea Nacuqu and Naikausa scored three more tries in the second half to wrap up the big win.
Fiji will play France in its final pool match at 5.43pm.
