Netball Fiji receives $54k boost

Netball Fiji has received a major boost of $54,000 in total from Digicel Fiji and Punjas for three of their national competitions

Digicel Fiji and Punjas and Sons Limited have extended their sponsorship with a cash sponsorship of $40,000 and further in-kind support of $14,000 becoming official sponsors for the National Championship, the Vanua Cup and the Fiji Secondary School Championship.

Netball Fiji chief executive Vivian Koster said the support has been instrumental in empowering young women across communities in Fiji, providing them with a platform to showcase their talents in the sport they love.

The Fiji Secondary School finals and National Championship is scheduled around August while the Vanua Cup is scheduled in October.
