Fiji 7s shift to fifth on Series table

The Fiji 7s team has climbed to fifth place on the HSBC World Rugby Sevens Series table after the completion of the Dubai and Cape Town 7s.

Fiji bettered it’s performance to finish fifth in Cape Town after a ninth place finish in Dubai.

Cape Town 7s champions Samoa now sit top of the table with 47 points alongside South Africa.

New Zealand and USA follow, both level on 44 points.

Fiji sits a close fifth with 40 points and Australia in sixth with 39 points.
