FHL appoints Nabalarua as new chairman

Fijian Holdings Limited has announced the appointment of Rokoseru Nabalarua as the new chairman of the company replacing Colonel (Ret’d) Sakiusa Raivoce.

The appointment comes into effect from Monday 1 April 2024.

Raivoce will remain on the Board as an Independent Director and Deputy Chairman.

He also assumes the chairmanship of FHL Properties Limited and will be directly involved in the completion of the FHL Tower project given his knowledge in the project from the start.

This change comes as part of FHL’s strategic succession planning at the Board level an reflects its commitment to fostering continuous growth.

Nabalarua brings with his a wealth of experience and expertise to steer FHL towards new and greater heights of success.

With a profound understanding of the company’s core purpose, he is well positioned to build upon the foundation laid by his predecessor and lead FHL into a prosperous future.
