The Fijian Competition and Consumer Commission is in the process of reviewing the Control of Prices for the Supply of Cement Products Order 2021 expiring on June 2024.
The FCCC is inviting interested parties to submit their perspectives, feedback, and recommendations regarding their existing order, including the possibility of extending it.
Submissions must reach FCCC no later than 22 March 2024.
