Flexible travel options for NZ bound visitors

Fiji Airways is offering flexible travel options to customers booked to travel between Nadi and Auckland New Zealand due to travel disruptions caused by Tropical Cyclone Gabrielle.

Guests holding tickets for travel on Fiji Airways flights from 12 February 2023 to 15 February 2023, can choose to defer travel to later flights where feasible, or hold the ticket value in credit.

The airline is encouraging customers on non-urgent travel to consider using these options in light of the cancellation of the following flights on Sunday (12.02.23): FJ411 Nadi to Auckland, FJ410 Auckland to Nadi, Flight FJ412 scheduled to depart Auckland at 8am (NZT) Sunday 12 February, 2023 has been rescheduled to now depart earlier at 12.40am (NZT).

Guests may amend their tickets to a later date without change fee and fare difference for travel up to 28 February 2023. However, a fare difference may apply for travel on or after 01 March 2023 and only the change fee will be waived.

All travel must be completed by 15 March 2023.

Passengers may opt to hold their existing tickets as a credit for travel any time up to 30 June 2023.

Credit value may be used as full or partial payment for a future booking on any chosen dates without reissue fee.

Subject to weather conditions, flights to and from Auckland scheduled for Monday (13.02.23) will operate as normal.

Fiji Airways will continue to monitor the situation and make further announcements as required, however guests are advised to be prepared for the possibility of further delays.
