Full disclosures have been served to both Imran and Hassan.

Police Prosecutor objected to bail for both the accused as the matter is of public interest; also, they might interfere with the prosecution witnesses as one of the witnesses is a family member and also the victim’s girlfriend.

The Court, however, ordered that both the accused persons be remanded.

It is alleged the duo assaulted the victim causing serious injuries and resulting in his death.
