Pearls finish 11th at Netball WC

The Fiji Pearls have finished in 11th place at the Netball World Cup in South Africa.

Fiji secured their position after beating Trinidad & Tobago 71-37 in the 11th place play-off.

The win sees the national side also climb the ladder on the World Netball rankings from 19th to 11th place.

Unaisi Rauluni in her 60th outing was also awarded player of the match.

After seven games, Fiji ended their tournament run with two wins and five losses.
