Rabuka is the change, says Daveta

Social Democratic Liberal Party (SODELPA) youth candidate Peniasi Daveta says Fijian voters have voted for change in the 2022 General Election, even if it means Sitiveni Rabuka.

Daveta said that as much they disagree and dislike the People’s Alliance and its Leader – this is the opportunity for change.

He said that the SODELPA Youth Forum had made its intentions clear from the beginning that they will vote against any coalition with FijiFirst.

Daveta and fellow youth candidate  Koroi Tikoilomaloma were denied entry into the Southern Cross Hotel where the Management Board is currently meeting.

Daveta said they were disallowed to enter due to the expiration of their term as representatives of the Youth Forum.

“So for that, they have explained their positions and for that we will respect that. We are still waiting for clarification from the General-Secretary, Lenaitasi Duru,” Daveta added.
