Radradra in tug of war

Semi Radradra has found himself caught in a tug of war ahead of this year’s Killik Cup match between the World XV and the Barbarians.

Head coaches for both sides, former All Blacks coach Steve Hansen and former England mentor Eddie Jones want the electric Fijian in the number 13 jersey for the May test.

“There’s a bit of a tug of war between Steve and Eddie for Radradra,” a source told Standard Sport.

“They both want him to play for them in the centre. I mean, who wouldn’t? He’s an unbelievable player, one of the best in the world.

“So it looks like Semi has some thinking to do; BaaBaas with Eddie or World XV with Steve.

“It’s going to be a difficult decision for the Fijian.”

Radradra has only recently returned to playing for the Bristol Bears after a lengthy injury.
