Rewa eyes Ravai for Champions League

UK based former Fiji U20 defender, Peter Ravai is being eyed by Rewa for the 2024 OFC Champions League.

Ravai, who played in a local tournament for the Delta Tigers last season, confirmed to FijiLive that he is in talks with Rewa officials.

“I am a free agent at the moment. A second division professional club in the UAE had shown interest in signing me but I could not sign as the transfer window had closed.”

“The club is now looking to sign me in the next window and have asked me to play regularly until the summer transfer window opens.”

“I have been approached by the Rewa President. We are in talks and I may join the team for the OFC Champions League in May in Tahiti. After that I will be flying back for my trials in Dubai,” he said.

It is believed Rew a FA has already applied for his release and is awaiting for the clearance from English FA.
