Secure vehicles, Police urges owners

The Fiji Police Force is urging motorists to secure their vehicles at all times.

The call comes after Police officers on patrol noted a worrying trend, where parked vehicles are left with either window down, or doors unlocked, making them easy targets for opportunists.

A number of recent motor vehicle thefts were as a result of cars left unlocked or due to the fact that the keys were left inside the car.
