Lami Police have charged the 17-year-old boy alleged to have caused the death of an 11-year-old boy in February this year following a motor vehicle accident in Veisari.
The accused has been charged with one count of dangerous driving and one count of dangerous driving occasioning death.
He will be produced in the Suva Juvenile Court tomorrow.
