Midfielder Toata to boost Nadroga

Marist FC midfielder and former Solomon Islands U17 representative,  Steward Toata is the latest international player to join Nadroga for this season.

The 23-year-old joins fellow countrymen Barrie Limoki and William Komasi to add more experience and spark to the Stallions attack as they prepare for their season opener against Navua on Sunday.

Experienced marksman Rusiate Matarerega also adds more flair to the Stallions front pack.

Meanwhile, Nadroga’s pursuit of top Solomon Islands marksman John Orobulu was turned down as the player decided to remain with his current domestic side, Southern United FC in the Telekom Solomon League.

Nadroga will face Navua at the Uprising Sports Centre in Pacific Harbour at 3pm.
