Lautoka wins at home against Nadi

Lautoka Blues displayed a stunning performance to defeat Nadi 5-1 at Churchill Park in the 5th round of the DFPL.

The game began with Nadi’s Eroni Matau opening the scoring line, putting the visitors ahead early in the match.

However, Lautoka quickly replied when skipper Zibraaz Sahib, equalized setting the tone for the home team’s comeback.

Usman Omede then added to the tally, scoring the second goal for Lautoka and concluding the first half with a 2-1 lead.

As the second half unfolded, Lautoka’s momentum continued to build.

Muni Shivam displayed remarkable skill, breezing past a defender to score a sensational solo goal, extending Lautoka’s lead.

Saula Waqa further widened the gap with a clever finish that outsmarted both the defender and the goalkeeper.

The scoring spree was capped by Sakaraia Naisua, who capitalized on a one-on-one situation, racing towards the goal and confidently slotting the ball home.
