Team Fiji has climbed to the fifth spot on the medal tally of the 17th Pacific Games which is currently underway in Honiara, Solomon Islands.
Fiji now has 10 gold, 16 silver and 16 bronze medals.
Fiji 7s and Fijiana 7s and Basketball Fiji contributed a gold medal each to the tally.
Fiji women’s basketball secured a bronze while Sailing snatched two silver and two bronze, Fiji women’s volleyball walked away with a bronze last evening.
The Pacific Games is on a day’s break and competitions will resume tomorrow.
