A 27-year-old self employed man of Vatuwaqa has been charged for a count of murder.
It is alleged that the man is responsible for the death 43-year-old man who was found lying motionless on the road along Vugalei Cemetary, Lami on the morning of Christmas Eve.
The suspect is in Police custody and will be produced at the Magistrates Court in Suva in a special court sitting on Monday.
