Outsource Fiji has strategically partnered with the Australian Government’s Market Development Facility (MDF) to host inaugural Fiji Outsourcing Symposium and Exhibition in Auckland, New Zealand on 22 February 2023.
BPOs from Fiji’s outsourcing industry are expected to share their service offering with potential New Zealand clients.
Outsource Fiji’s executive director, Sagufta Janif said Australia’s partnership over the past three years had immensely assisted the industry in strengthening its presence in the international arena as a premier alternative outsourcing services provider and creating employment opportunities for the people of Fiji.
“We are thankful to the Australian Government through its Market Development Facility for continuing its partnership with Outsource Fiji and providing us with technical and financial support that will allow us to further achieve our strategic priorities.”
She said with the renewal of this partnership, they will be able to build onto their existing activities and plans, especially in the areas of marketing and workforce development.
“Outsource Fiji is also glad to share that MDF will be our official major partner for the first Fiji Outsourcing Symposium and Exhibition scheduled to be held on 22nd February at Cordis, Auckland”, she added.
