Outsource Fiji provides close to 5k jobs

Outsource Fiji has been able to provide close to 5000 employment opportunities to Fijians through the various markets its services and operates in.

This is in partnership with the Fiji Government, the private sector, local and overseas investors and the Market Development Facility.

Executive Director, Sagufta Janif indicated that this is an increase from the 3000 registered number of employees directly benefiting from the industry, pre-pandemic.

She said post-pandemic through promotions of Fiji as an outsourcing market – the industry well known, marked as an essential service provider, she said they have seen exponential growth.

“We can attribute this to the improving infrastructure and our connectivity to the Southern Cross cable. The ability for us to offer these services to our clients and investors is something that we see as growth as well.”
