Police confirm identity of dead person

Lami Police has identified the body found floating near the Lami foreshore yesterday morning, as a 58-year-old resident of Qauia Settlement in Lami.

A post-mortem will be conducted to ascertain the victim’s cause of death.

Investigations continue.
