Rewa Bridge opens up to traffic

The Fiji Roads Authority says Rewa Bridge is now safe for travel and commuters can travel as water has been cleared.

In a statement, FRA said that they have found an alternate way to clear the blocked drains and they have cleared most of it.

The FRA has highlighted that the landslide at Dilkusha has been cleared while people traveling on that bend are being urged to be cautious as it is prone to landslides due to serious conditions.

Fijians are advised to take necessary precautions during this time and avoid crossing flood-prone areas.
