National reps bolster Police Blue

As the 48th Fiji Bitter Marist 7s tournament heats up, Police Blue are currently holding the second place in the Fiji Bitter 7s Series standings, right behind the leading BLK Lavidi Brothers.

To boost their chances this weekend, the lawmen have enlisted the expertise of seven Fiji 7s players, including Jermaia Matana, Joseva Talacolo, Suliano Volivolituevei, Filipo Bukayaro, Waisea Nacuqu, Terio Tamani, and Ratu Filipe Sauturaga.

Police Blue defeated Lavidi Brothers 19-12 and narrowly won by one try against Fire 12-7.

The team has proven to be strong contenders throughout the series, clinching victories at the Yasawa 7s and Labasa 7s, along with triumphing at the Wairiki 7s.
