Patel resigns as ATH Chair, serves as director

Businessman Dakesh Patel has resigned as Amalgamated Telecommunications Holdings Chairperson, with immediate effect.

In a statement, ATH said Patel will continue to serve as a Director on the Board until a suitable replacement is appointed by the Strategic Investor under Section 6.5 of the ATH Articles of Association.

The statement said: “We would like to express our sincere gratitude to Mr. Patel for his exceptional leadership, vision, and dedication during his tenure as Chairman. His contributions have been instrumental in guiding ATH Group through significant growth and success. His ongoing involvement will ensure a smooth transition and provide continuity in the Board’s strategic oversight.”

ATH is in the process of selecting a new Chairperson, who will lead ATH Group with the same level of excellence and commitment as the outgoing chairman.
