Drua women a match away from home semifinal

The Rooster Chicken Fijian Drua Women need only a point in their last regular season match against the Melbourne Rebels on Saturday to guarantee a home semi-final.

The Mosese Rauluni coached side is second on the points table with 13 points while the Waratahs sit on top with 20 points.

A win in Melbourne will guarantee a home semifinal for the Karalaini Naisewa skippered side- which will be a first for the two-time Super W champions.

The home semifinal clash will either be played next Friday or on Saturday as a curtain raiser to the Fijian Drua vs Hurricanes fixture at the HFC Bank Stadium in Suva.

The Drua Women will take on the Rebels at 7.05pm.

In other Super W matches this weekend, the Waratahs will play the Reds at 7.05pm on Friday and the Brumbies will take on the Western Force at 4.35pm Saturday.
